2. Assist just with the implementation of all effective GRAP Standards for 2009/2010

Overberg District Municipality invites Quotations for composition of an Annual Report for the Financial Year 2009/2010 in terms of Time frames as indicate in die Local Government: Municipal Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003) and musts adhere to the guidelines as specified by National Treasury.
Quotation in sealed envelopes endorsed “Quotation CORQ01/07-2010/11: Annual Report” be placed in the tender box at the office of the Overberg District Municipality, 26 Long Street, Bredasdorp no later than 12:00 on the 5th August 2010, after which it will be opened in public.
Quotations may only be submitted on the Quotation documentation that is issued. Electronic, facsimile and late quotations will not be accepted or be considered.

KWOTASIE KENNISGEWING EN DIE UITNODIGING
Die Overberg Distriksmunisipaliteit nooi belangstellendes uit om te kwoteer vir die opstel van ‘n Jaarverslag vir die Finansiële jaar 2009/2010 in terme van die tydsraamwerk soos uiteengesit in die Wet op Plaaslike Regering; Munisipale Finansiële Bestuur, 2003 (Wet 56 van 2003) en moet die Jaarverslag voldoen aan die riglyne soos gespesifiseer deur Nasionale Tesourie.
Kwotasies in geseëlde koevert gemerk “Kwotasie CORQ01/07-2010/11: Jaarverslag” moet in die Tender Bus by die kantore van die Overberg Distriksmunisipaliteit te Langstraat 26, Bredasdorp geplaas word teen nie later as 12:00 op 5 Augustus 2010, waarna dit in die openbaar oop gemaak sal word. Geen faks of laat kwotasies sal aanvaar word nie.
Kwotasies mag slegs ingedien word op die kwotasiedokumente soos beskikbaar. Geen Elektroniese, faksimilee en kwotasies ontvang na die sluitingsdatum en tyd sal aanvaar of oorweeg word nie.
