Tenders in verseëlde koeverte duidelik gemerk “PA03/03-2011/12: Tenders vir Benodigdhede”, moet voor 12:00 op Vrydag 04 Mei 2012 in die tenderbus by die kantoor van Overberg Distriksmunisipaliteit, Langstraat 26, Bredasdorp geplaas word, waarna dit in die Raadsaal van Overberg Distriksmunisipaliteit oopgemaak sal word.
Tenders wat elektronies of per faks ingedien word, sal nie aanvaar word nie. Onvolledige tenders, asook tenders wat na die bestemde tyd en datum ontvang word, sal nie oorweeg word nie.
Vir evaluasie doeleindes benodig die munisipalitiet ‘n BBBEE status sertifikaat van die besigheid. Tenders sal oorweeg word op grond van prys en die besigheid se BBBEE status. Daar moet aan die standaardverkrygingsdokumente voldoen word soos vereis deur die Nasionale Tesourie. Tenderaars moet ’n oorspronklike Inkomstebelasting-uitklaringsertifikaat, soos uitgereik deur die Suid-Afrikaanse Inkomstediens, indien.

Tenders in sealed envelopes clearly marked “PA03/03-2011/12: Tenders for Requirements”, must be placed in the tender box at the office of Overberg District Municipality, 26 Long Street, Bredasdorp before 12:00 on Friday 04 May 2011, after which it will be opened in the Council Chambers of Overberg District Municipality.
Electronic or faxed tenders will not be accepted. Incomplete tenders, as well as tenders received after the time and date as stipulated, will not be considered.
For evaluation purposes the municipality needs a BBBEE status certificate of the business. Tenders will be considered in terms of price and the BBBEE status of the business. Standard procurement documents must be adhered to as required by the National Treasury. Bidders must also submit an original Tax Clearance Certificate, issued by the South African Revenue Services.
