Duly completed tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and endorsed “Tender No: FIR01/01-2009/10: Supply of vehicle”. The sealed tender shall be placed in the official tender box at the Council’s Offices situated at 26 LONG STREET/PRIVATE BAG X26, BREDASDORP, 7280 before 12h00 on Friday, 12 March 2010. TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FAX, E-MAIL OR TENDERS RECEIVED AFTER THE CLOSING DATE AND TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

 

Overberg District Municipality shall apply it’s Municipal Supply Chain Management Policy as adopted in terms of section 111 of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No 56 of 2003) and the relevant regulations. ALL TENDERS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ORIGINAL VALID TAX CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE AS ISSUED BY SARS (South African Revenue Services)
