Quotations in clearly marked envelopes; COUQ01/02-2009/10 must be submitted in the tenderbox at the offices of the Overberg District Municipality at Private Bag X22, 26 Long Street, Bredasdorp, 7280 before 12h00 on Monday, 29 March 2010.

Overberg District Municipality shall apply its municipal Supply Chain Management Policy as adopted in terms of section 111 of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No 56 of 2003) and relevant regulations.  Attach your company’s BEE and HDI status (HDI form to be collected from Ms D Kapot-Witbooi).  Bidders must submit an original, valid Tax Clearance Certificate issued by the South African Revenue Services.
