Quotations are hereby invited from suitable qualified service providers for the following:

1.     Assist with the annual update of the Fixed Asset Register and implementation of GRAP 17

2.     Assist just with the implementation of all effective GRAP Standards for 2009/2010

Due date : 20 August 2010                             Duration : 150 Work hours

Quotations must be valid for a period of 60 days after the closing date.

Properly completed quotations and clearly marked Quotation: FINQ02/07-2010/11 -

Implementation of Grap must be placed in the tender box at the Municipal Offices at 26 Long Street, Bredasdorp 7280 on or before 12:00 on Monday 02 August 2010.

Quotations must be supported with a valid and original Tax Clearance Certificate from SARS. No electronic, facsimile and late quotations will be accepted or considered.

It is the prorogative of the municipality not to accept the lowest, or any quotation or a part of any quotation.
