Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21A of the Local Government:  Municipal Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000), read with Section 127(5)(a) of the Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003), that the Draft Annual Report for the 2010/2011 financial year is open for the public for comments.

 

The Draft Annual Report 2010/2011 is available on the website at www.odm.org.za, Head Office, Regional Offices of the Overberg District Municipality and libraries of the Local Municipalities, during office hours.

Persons who are unable to read or write are encouraged to visit the Overberg District Municipality during office hours, where they will be assisted to formulate their written comments or objections.

Kennis geskied hiermee ingevolge artikel 21A van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering:  Munisipale Stelselswet (Wet 32 of 2000), saamgelees met artikel 127(5)(a) van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering:  Munisipale Finansiële Bestuur (Wet 56 van 2003), dat die Konsep Jaarverslag vir die 2010/2011 finansiële jaar ter insae lê vir publieke kommentaar.

 

Die Konsep Jaarveslag 2010/2011 is beskikbaar op die webtuiste www.odm.org.za , asook by die Hoofkantoor, Streekkantore van die Overberg Distriksmunisipaliteit en biblioteke van die Plaaslike Munisipaliteite gedurende kantoor-ure.
