NOTICE: INTENTION TO EXTEND CONTRACT
The Overberg District Municipality hereby gives notice in terms of section 116(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003), of its intention to extend the following contract:

The public is invited to submit representations regarding the intention to extend the contract to mm@odm.org.za by no later than 17 August 2026.
